Additional changes include:
1. Bug-fix affecting selection of data from hdf5 files when h5py > 3.0 (thanks to Enes Veliu of IUSS Pavia for identifying the bug and proposing the fix)
2. Bump of dependencies (h5py, numpy, pandas) to more recent versions, adds rasterio to dependencies

1. README now includes url link to Nextcloud folder from where the user can download the data files. This will be replaced by link to GFZ Data Centre repository when that will eventually be made available
2. `setup.py` improved to remove some restrictions on dependency versions. Also now includes the ability to install the software as a system-wide command line tool `exposure2site`. The README is updated accordingly
3. A bug was identified in the `Point` workflow that meant the Vs30 values were offset. This is now fixed. Thanks to Robin Gee for identifying this bug!Graeme WeatherillGraeme Weatherillhttps://gitlab.seismo.ethz.ch/efehr/esrm20_sitemodel/-/merge_requests/1Initial commit of code and docs2021-12-10T10:20:39+01:00Graeme WeatherillInitial commit of code and docsPushes the initial code to the repository including:
