hydraulics requests

User Story:

For users of the ramsis-ws, hydraulic data related to project, forecasts and scenarios should be available.

Acceptance criteria:

Following routes should be added:

• ramsis-ws/project/{id}/well

• ramsis-ws/forecast/{id}/well

• ramsis-ws/scenario/{id}/well (or injectionplan might be clearer?)

This work is already mostly done.
