Endpoints for Scenarios and Forecasts

User Story

As anybody who wants to see results from RT-Ramsis there needs to be context and a way which makes sense to navigate the results from the rt-ramsis models so that I understand what I see.

Acceptance Criteria

I need to be able to query Forecasts and Scenarios with all the important information which give context to the model results.

As there is a stimulation on Wednesday, there does not need to be a bulletproof concept for the available endpoints, this can be changed later, for now there just need to be ways to query the available information. Improvements can be made later on.
