deletion of wells and catalogs associated with projects not cascading

When looking at ramsis bug it became clear that wells and catalogs are not deleted when dissociated from their parent as intended. This change allows these objects to be fully deleted.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
