remove wells/catalogs from project

User Story:

There is no real need for wells and catalogs to be associated with a project as we are now getting the data directly from the fdsnws and hydws sources to display in real time. This will eliminate many problems including ramsis issue 129.

Acceptance Criteria:

remove all references to project.well and project.catalogs
