Tags give the ability to mark specific points in history as being important

    ae73bf9e · added "single size" ability for x-section · 
    new interface is "feature complete" for upcoming release.  This means the Main Map Windows operate  together well. Next steps include:
1) get the ztools menu to work
2) either implement events as seen on the "Map Options" menu or - perhaps better - copy functionality from the CatalogExplorationPlot into the main map. only Size and Color should/would be implemented
