Changed the way in which the ratios:
- structural / total cost
- non-structural / total cost
- contents / total cost
were being communicated in the Notes tab of European_Exposure_Model_Data_Inputs_Sources.xlsx.
PS The changes in the other files are involuntary, I did not modify them at all. Perhaps it is the handling of these files by LFS that is registered by Git as changes...?
