bug fix: re-assign assets in few countries

Few assets located at the borders were geocoded in the nearby country due to a small shift in the locations of the assets. Bug fix includes Bulgaria, Czechia, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Switzerland
