Updates to installation and documentation, Fix of Vs30 bug in Point Workflow

The update contains several improvements:

  1. README now includes url link to Nextcloud folder from where the user can download the data files. This will be replaced by link to GFZ Data Centre repository when that will eventually be made available

  2. setup.py improved to remove some restrictions on dependency versions. Also now includes the ability to install the software as a system-wide command line tool exposure2site. The README is updated accordingly

  3. A bug was identified in the Point workflow that meant the Vs30 values were offset. This is now fixed. Thanks to Robin Gee for identifying this bug!
