Completely refactored ORM datamodel facilities for the RT-RAMSIS core infrastructure.

Improvements and features:

• Refactored model structure; extensible for further types of ForecastStages/ Models
• Removed deprecated/obsolete RT-RAMSIS core infrastructure
• Introduce GIS facilities
• Rudimentary tests both on PostGIS and on SpatiaLite
• Generic QuakeML quantity types
• Homogeneous naming conventions
• Homogeneous coding and documentation style

Note:

• An InjectionWell currently does not have snapshotting facilities
