[ENH] Adding worker specific tables, altering classes to handle data from both worker and ramsis

To use one datamodel for both ramsis and the worker and the sfm_models, we have to add some extra tables that can be created in the database if chosen.

The IO has more features as the worker is also using them.

Some updates have been started for the io tests, but these will not be in this merge request.
