Ref point fixes

This works around a potential issue with gdal/ogr interpretation of EWKT. See also https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/332048/ewkt-support-in-gdal-ogr-creategeometryfromwkb

Also makes referencepoint optional, so we can set it after a project has been created in the config dialog
