[BUG][ENH] Update import script for bugs and altitude

  • Fix small naming and adding to db errors.
  • Memory errors occur when importing all the files, so for now import fewer. Potential for resampling in future. ~1 million rows.
  • Add altitude to json files. Altitude updates have not yet been added. Current usage simply checkout the files from this branch to branch add_altitude.
