Hazard+risk

Run the risk stage based on the result from the hazard stage

This MR contains two main changes:

  1. Extract and store the results from the hazard stage
  2. Implement the risk stage

Note that the risk calculation on OpenQuake currently fails due to an issue that we currently investigate with the OQ devs.
