Add comment to the prior import of MPI in xcorr.py & setupclass.py:
on EULER, this leads to a fork() warning:

    --> can have more than one frequency to notch away

Now, config.resampling is the default resampling for all procType != 'raw' (e.g., 'bandpass'), but can be overwritten with the 'resampling' argument.
This simplifes its use.

The trimming can now also be controlled for 'raw' waveforms. Default: False for procType='raw', True for all other.

New: the trimming can now also be specified for waveform plotting [TM.plotting.plot_waveforms()].

when config.stop50Hz=True, it always applied bandstop *additionally* in time domain :-(
