remove references to project.well and project.catalog

User Story:

As described in datamodel issue 29, projects should no longer have a well or catalog. references to this should be removed throughout.

Acceptance Criteria:

ramsis works as before but with no errors with new datamodel. Update tasks for project.well and project.catalog are removed, and new tasks created where forecast gets the data from WS calls. No snapshotting will be done of the data.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
