- append chunk overlap also to last chunk
- always save chunks.dat when preparing a scan
- move logging of "New template found" from TemplateManager to TemplateMatching
  (when its indeed new)
- save more often (yes, Luca, I like to check progress more often :-)))

 - reverted back the the mag --> info column change (in commit 5ae109bf)
    (b/c in auto mode, templateSet is populated with magnitude from event catalog)
 - removed more references on length column (missed in commit a4d77d77)
 - made 'Mag' column of loading manual  template catalog optional

This allow the application to resume the processing if something went wrong
